How to survive wrestling season without getting shingles

Now that the girls are another year older and aren't napping or in diapers, etc. I think that wrestling season has been much easier.  Why?  Because I can take them places and not be so tied down to the clock or the bathroom.

A few weeks ago, I decided that I would take the girls to my parent's house for a sleepover.  The three of us packed up a small bag of stuff (which in and of itself is a miracle) and headed up to Allentown.  My parents are so gracious and always willing to help in any way they can.  When they saw me suffering the the grueling schedule last year in addition to having shingles, I knew they wished they could do more.  So this year I promised myself that I would not try and be wonder woman super Mom and do everything by myself without any input or help from anyone.  I embraced the offer to go for a visit.  What a great time we all had.  The girls settled in so nicely and we each had our own rooms so I actually got a good night's sleep.

We went to a new park in their area and stayed for a good  hour and a half and they would have stayed longer except for the fact that my Dad and I were tired of chasing them around.

Holy Cow Nana!  Your glasses make my eyes bug out!

But I am a pretty styling girl with my Nana's glasses on.

What a wonderful visit with my parents.  Man do I love them and love watching them love their grandchildren.  Thanks again Mom and Dad!!
