Tonight Emma had had enough. She wanted that tooth out and thought it was pretty cool that she could get her fingernail under one side of it. So she did it tonight while we were at Brian's wrestling practice and came over to me with a mouth full of blood. The tooth was hanging on by a thread when we got home and she wanted me to pull it out. I told her that I would unless she wanted to. She kind of got grossed out by that thought but wiggled it just enough that it fell out in her hand. She was too cute, as was her sister. These tiny little teeth represent my little girl growing up and instead of fighting it and wanting to hold onto that little girl forever, I am embracing each milestone that she reaches. But I cannot tell a lie, I will always want to hold onto my little girl forever; each precious moment.
And some people say we didn't evolve from the apes :)
