Daisy Scout

Last Wednesday Emma was officially invested as a Daisy Scout.  It sounds so much more that what it actually was, but it was nice to go and see her interacting with her troop.  It was also nice that they invited a parent up to put a pin on our child.  I am not sure this is something that Emma is going to continuing doing after this year, but she has learned some things from other people that she has also heard from her Dad and I.  Of course, coming from someone else always carries more weight and reliability than her own parents:)
