Thanksgiving

We had another wonderful Thanksgiving this year up at my parents' house.  It always seems so chaotic, but in reality it is controlled chaos.  You have to figure if you have 6 kids ranging in age from 2-7 years old that it is just going to be a noisy place.  It was definitely happy noises, for the most part.  Great family, good food, fantastic memories.  Here are just a few:

Connor asked if he could wear the shirt he has on so he could look like Gramps.

Rebecca and Connor hard at work.

Lauryn, Emma and Connor busy coloring.

One of the times where we kicked all the kids outside to blow off some steam.  "How many times do you think you can run around Nana and Gramp's house?"

A little game of hide and seek.  Not quite as effective if you all hide in the same place, but it made it easy for the grown-ups;)

Emma just loves Nathan.

Connor and Rachel working together.

Lauryn is reading now, so being the oldest cousin, she enjoyed reading to everyone.

The kids made pilgrim hats out of cookies, marshmallows and chocolate. YUM!!

The next time we went out to blow off steam.  This time we ran around the bases of a baseball diamond down the street, picked up some "nature" items and walked around a corn field.

And here is our Motley Crew!
